We are thrilled to welcome Dr. John Parker Ballentine to Milltown Family Physicians!
Dr. Ballentine is a recent transplant to Wayne County (and Ohio), after completing his commitment to the United States Army.
Dr. Ballentine joins current Milltown Family providers Dr. Ranney, Dr. Smith, Dr, Nielsen, Dr. Schinner, Dr. Fike, Erin Barner, Senior APRN, CNP, and Angel McMorrow, APRN-FNP-C.
Dr. Ballentine completed his residency at Womack Army Medical Center and earned his MD from the University of Louisville. His Bachelor of Science degree is from Western Kentucky University.
His hobbies include writing, cooking, martial arts, rock climbing, and having too many hobbies in general. He most enjoys spending time with his two children, dog, and cat.
